ELC Entrance Requirements
If you have a new ELC student that you need to enroll you must first apply using the link below:

The following items must be submitted to the ELC office before a child can begin in our program:
Student registration form
Pre-Admission Form (DHR-CDC-739)
Parent/Center Agreements
Current immunization record
$100 registration Fee (renewable each year)
Tuition
Lunch form
Photography permission form
Evacuation Plan
